TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Payment of agency fees is due on the day on which the property rental, sale or purchase contract is signed.
- Agency fees include preparation of all rental, sale or purchase contracts.
- An agency fee is charged to landlords and tenants for property rentals if both parties are represented by the agency.
